RETURNS POLICY

Depends on the policy (Returns), ARYZA will receive reinstatement if:

1) Products delivered to customers differ from customer demand.
2) Delivery error to other address.
3) The product being delivered is damaged as a result of postal matters.

Repatriation should be within 7 days from the date you received the product.

*The cost of reposting will be borne by ARYZA due to our mistake.

**For unclassified items (either at the courier office, the customer is not in the residence / premises), the re-posting process to the customer will be charged postal fee, at the customer’s prior notice.
